This little local Gorge refillery will bring our community a low tox and low waste option when it comes to home and body care. We are going to be starting off small with online orders for weekly or monthly delivery or pick up in the central Gorge area. With our closest refilleries being in Portland and Vancouver, it can be hard to get there when needed. We are excited to make choosing low tox and low waste easier for our community! Hi, my name is Maddie! My refill journey started in 2019 when I basically overhauled my home and body care routines to be low waste and low tox. I started small with a few things and then kept going from there! I loved purchasing things that would not end up in the landfill when I was done with them. From there, I wanted to find somewhere I could refill the bottles I already had, which led me to my first refill store! It was love at first sight.
Moving to the Gorge meant driving to Portland to get my refill fix every 4-6 months. I have gotten really good at estimating what we need but finding the time can be hard. I have been craving a local option and now more than ever, keeping things local is important.
In 2025, I started thinking maybe I should be the one to bring refills to the Gorge, and now in 2026, I am bringing this vision to life. The Gorge is getting a refillery of our own and I am so excited you are here! What products do you wish to see at your local refillery?
